Facebook ads management that follows revenue
Facebook ads management is more than launching campaigns. Meta ads reach people by behavior, interests, location and past actions on your site. These people are not searching for your product yet, so the ad has to stop them, build interest and lead them to a purchase. That works best when the product is easy to show, the order value can pay for acquisition and there is real proof: the product, the process, the result or the service.
As a Meta ads agency, we work with online stores, service businesses, education projects and hotels. If you are looking for a person rather than a channel, see our Facebook ads specialist page.
How we build a sales system on Meta
- Audit
- Tracking
- Strategy
- Creatives
- Launch
- Scale
We start with data, not ads. We check whether purchases and leads reach the ad account and whether the pixel and Conversions API work. Without that, the algorithm learns from weak signals and the report does not match your revenue.
Then we build a funnel around your niche and order value. The top introduces the product through Reels and video. The middle shows bestsellers, answers objections and collects messages. The bottom works with site visitors, abandoned carts and people who already wrote in Direct.
Cold audience
Broad targeting, interests and lookalikes of buyers, to find new people at an acceptable cost.
Warm-up
Video, carousels and answers to doubts, so people see why to buy from you.
Sales
Catalog ads, Advantage+ Shopping and conversion campaigns for people who are ready.
Repeat purchases
Retargeting and customer base work, so a buyer returns without paying for acquisition twice.
Website or Direct: which works better
Some buyers order right away, while others want to ask a question first, so we often test both paths. Speaking Club’s audience preferred Direct, and message ads brought 1,064 leads at $4.54. Flower House made 1,743 sales through messages. For e-commerce with a wide catalog, buying on the site usually works better, as with Pam Parfum.

What affects the cost
- Market. Ukraine, Europe and the USA have different ad prices.
- Niche. Prices rise during peak seasons.
- Creatives. They often affect results more than audience settings.
- Website and lead handling. Ads cannot fix a slow site or late replies.
- Budget. We recommend from $1,500 per month, so the algorithm has enough data.
We launch within 5 working days and usually see first results on day 10–14. Then we switch off what does not pay back and gradually increase the budget on what works.
