Pam Parfum is an online store specializing in original perfume decants — niche and luxury fragrances in convenient atomizer formats from 2 to 20 ml, with 500+ options and delivery across Ukraine. The store was already operating and generating sales, but the advertising system wasn’t delivering consistent, scalable results.
The client needed stable, scalable growth — not one-off spikes. A key challenge of this niche: relatively low average order value (UAH 957–1,533), which meant the system had to drive high sales volume at a low cost per conversion.
Audited existing campaigns, rebuilt the Meta Ads architecture: separate campaigns for cold traffic (TOF), warm audiences (MOF), and retargeting (BOF). Analyzed competitors and identified audience segments.
First 4 months: intensive audience and creative testing. By August we hit a peak of 15.91× ROAS with a $1,796 budget and 1,093 sales in one month — validating our approach and setting the foundation for scaling.
Gradually increased budget following the 20% weekly rule to avoid disrupting algorithm learning. Maintained stable ROAS in the 12–14× range at $1,800–2,500/month budgets.
Budget scaled to $4,000–7,500/month. ROAS naturally settled at 6–10× — normal at scale. But absolute revenue grew 1.5–2× reaching $49,966 in sales in November 2025 alone.
Focus on maintaining quality at $4,000–5,000+/month. ROAS 5.93–7.77× with $26,000–41,000 monthly revenue — a stable, profitable system.

This is expected behavior. In 2024 at $1,500–2,000/month budgets, ROAS held at 12–16×. When scaling to $5,000–7,500/month in 2025, ROAS stabilized at 6–10×. But absolute monthly revenue grew 1.5–2× — from $22–30K to $40–50K per month.
