About the company

This is an educational magazine. They
have a seasonally release, it fits for the kids from 4 to 10 years. It is developed special for the Russian speaking children who live in the USA.

This book contains 5 times more information then its competitors. 

They came to me from Upwork. We have worked for 2 months and are still working.

PROBLEMS

No digital marketing strategy

They had been doing a content but it wasnot selling one. They did not have full market research, as well as complete target audience and competitors analysis

No well-built traffic system

They did not have a working funnel to have the flow of potential clients from it. Their Instagram page was not attractive and did not reveal the company from all sides

What was done

Analyzed the target audience and their competitors’ campaigns. Built the communication funnel through FB ads. Work with acquisition and retention;
Developed scripts and hold a lecture for the sales manager;
Tested 5+ target audiences and 20+ banners, motion and statistik.
