About the company
This is an online English school for people from the IT industry.
They are based in Ukraine.
They have different packages - private individuals, pairs.
They came to me by word-to-mouth advertising. The price per lead was 2,2$.

PROBLEMS
No digital marketing strategy
They had been doing a content but it was not selling one. They did not have full market research, as well as complete target audience and competitors analysis
No well-built traffic system
They did not have a working funnel to have the flow of potential clients from it

What
was done
Analyzed the target audience and their competitors’ campaigns. Built the communication funnel through FB ads. Work with acquisition and retention.
Developed a quiz for gathering leads and a chat-bot in Telegram for warming up people.
Tested 5+ target audiences and 10+ banners, motion and statistik.
