Situation
A Naples florist launched Google Ads for local demand. Buyers come through both the site and phone, so ad account data alone is not enough.
Goal
Launch search ads from scratch and measure return by real purchases in the CRM.
Result
Eight months brought 202 purchases worth $43,921 on a $12,447 budget. CRM ROAS grew from 1.34 in the first month to 5.50 in May.
What we did
Tracking setup
We set up Google Ads, GA4 and Merchant Center and connected the data between them.
Keyword research
We built keyword sets for search campaigns and negative keyword lists.
Competitor analysis
We compared offers, creatives and ad copy.
CRM purchases
We check ad results against the client’s real sales.
Phone calls
We count click-to-call, since some orders arrive by phone.
Remarketing
We built audiences of people who have already visited the site.
